Job Title: NEMT Driver
Location: Hamilton, Ohio
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Position Summary:
We are currently seeking dependable, courteous, and safety-focused drivers to join our team. As a NEMT Driver, you will play an essential role in the well-being of our clients by ensuring they reach their medical appointments comfortably and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments
- Provide door-to-door service with assistance as needed
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic vehicle inspections
- Keep accurate records of trips and mileage
- Communicate with dispatch regarding trip status and client needs
- Follow all traffic laws and company policies
- Provide excellent customer service with compassion and professionalism
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
- Smartphone for app-based dispatch and navigation
